The Sankofa Journey is a pilgrimage to the relevant locations that inspired a non-violent movement for civil and human rights. The time together begins as we travel together, by bus, through Alabama and Tennessee visiting museums and churches that describe a people and country's legacy of oppression. This pilgrimage will tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth as your eyes are opened to our real American history.
